As COVID-19 continues to affect the world we currently live in, it continues to cause issues for individuals and their families to get access to food. In a time where many people are depending on local food banks to be able to eat, our community needs help to make this possible. For this reason, we will be holding a virtual food drive to benefit the Connecticut Food Bank.
Our team at SGCBBW Family Law is always looking for a way to help the community. By registering to hold a virtual food drive for the Connecticut Food Bank, we can help our neighbors in need while also providing an opportunity for others in the community to easily donate to this important program. For as little as $5, you can help the food bank source 25 pounds of fresh produce. For a larger donation, they can also purchase boxed and canned goods such as pasta and canned veggies.
If you are fortunate enough to be able to participate in helping out the community, we would love for you to lend a helping hand to those who may not be as fortunate. We will be raising money for the food bank through Thanksgiving Day on November 26th. To make a donation, please visit our donation page.
Through this program, there is no such thing as too small of a donation. While we can’t accept physical donations for this food drive, we hope to still be able to raise enough money to have a significant impact on the individuals of the Connecticut community.
